400mは生涯2回目。59”25もかかってしまいました。
5000mのラップタイムは3’10-3’13-3’24-3’23-3’29でtotal16’40。
2000m位までは楽でしたが、少しずつペースダウンという感じ。レース中、体の切れが余りよくありませんでしたが、逆に走り終わってから体がスッキリしました。
トップは15’20。AC nankul 所属の後輩が二番で15’40で自己ベスト更新!!よい走りでした。

I run track race 400m and 5000m today.
400m was shamely slow, time was 59"25. It was disappointing.
5000m lap time were 3'10-3'13-3'24-3'23-3'29 and total time was 16'40.
It's almost same time when I run 5k in Australia where I run on gravel road.
Today I wore spike and run on track but couldn't make it.
During the race my legs didn't move sharply, on the contrary when I jogged after the race I felt really nice and smooth.
Maybe it was because of sweating, I guess.
My running mate Mikami run remarkably, time was 15'40, finished in 2nd and broke personal record in 26 seconds.
